Two charged in connection with Tudor Street shooting

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and jointly charged two men in relation to the shooting incident which occurred at Tudor Street, The City last Saturday.

The incident which occurred on a minibus left 19-year-old Shamar Victor Corbin of 3rd Avenue, Bush Hall, St Michael with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.

The two men are Jerome Antone Stuart, 20, of 8th Avenue, New Orleans, St Michael, and 19-year-old Akeele Jerome St Hill of 6th Avenue, New Orleans.

They have been charged with unlawful use of a firearm and serous bodily harm.

Stuart faces additional charges of unlawful possession of cannabis, possession with intent to supply, and trafficking. 

Stuart and St Hill are expected to appear in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today. (PR/NB)
