AN EVENTFUL bachelor party at a strip club might have landed murder accused Andre Omar Jackman, aka “Lord Evil”, back in court yesterday on a fresh charge and pushed back his weekend nuptials.

The 37-year-old, of Stroud Bay Road, Crab Hill, St Lucy, was released on further bail of $5 000 after appearing in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on a charge of unlawful violence towards a worker at Club Rehab, Fontabelle, St Michael.

Earlier this year, Jackman garnered much public attention after being granted $200 000 bail on a murder charge after he, Ryan Omar Samuel, a 33-year-old painter; unemployed Shane Hakeem Omar Babb, 22; Rory St Claire Thomas, 26, an electrician – all of Grape Hall, St Lucy, and Zaviere Renaldo Walkes, also unemployed, of Archer’s Road, Crab Hill, appeared in connection with the April 26, 2014 death of Charly Dume.

Last week, the accused again made headlines when his dusk to dawn curfew was extended to facilitate his upcoming wedding, scheduled for the past weekend. (TKS)
