DOUBLE O are the champions of the second Slam-A-Dom’s Christmas Dominoes in The City Threehand Knockout Team Competition.
They defeated Honey Cone and Weasels A in the final at Ricketts Street in Bridgetown on Monday night.
Double O, who finished with 79 points, led from the start and never looked back, leading by as much as 20 points at one stage.
Honey Cone got within eight points but the consistent play of Kirk Davis, who slammed his way to a game-high 33 points and Winston Mottley, with 30 points, kept them at bay. The other members of Double O’s team were Danashia Brathwaite and Shurlan Brathwaite. (EZS)
