THE HARASSMENT OF visitors by drug peddlers along sections of the South Coast needs to come to an end, say some hoteliers.
One general manager said that too many times her office was bombarded with complaints from guests about drug dealers begging them for a quick sale.
Though not wanting to divulge too much information on the matter, the annoyed manager said she was told by her guests that people would follow them at night asking if they wanted to purchase any of the “exotic” narcotics.
Operations manager of Infinity on the Beach, Kenmore Hutson, said the issue of drug peddling was not new but that did not negate the fact that it needed to stop. (MR)
