THE CHARLES ROWE Bridge community group is continuing to spread the love.
This is how spokesman Roger Hinkson described their work – a labour of love to keep their community clean, bright and safe.
Members of the group were spotted repainting the bridges in the area last Friday, something they have been doing on an annual basis for a number of years.
“We painted the bridge opposite the gas station, the long one opposite Chefette and we still have to do the one by the restaurant as well as repaint the mural,” he said.
Hinkson thanked annual sponsors Chefette, the Bridge Hardware Store and Carter’s Bakery. (CA)
