Danger zone

THERE’S no communication regarding the National Stadium, just like there’s no doubt that the facility is currently a safety threat.

The home of track and field looks more like a house of ruin now as parts of the structure continue to fall from the ever deteriorating stands.

To the naked eye, the place simply looks like the Stadium of old, with its ageing frame seemingly just suffering from the typical wear and tear of a neglected facility wanting for maintenance work.

But a closer look tells the real tale. (JM)
