ONE TICKET FOR one event was all it took for Kevin Herbert to claim a piece of the rock.
Herbert, who has been working on contract in Tobago for the last three years, flew back to collect the grand prize in the 5forFifty competition held during Crop Over last year.
The 36-year-old doctor was full of smiles as he collected the envelope naming him owner of Lot 5, Deanstown Terrace, St James from Minister of Culture Stephen Lashley on site this morning.
He said the first order of business is to go to the lawyer to make his ownership of the prize piece of land official. (YB)
