Minister of Industry and Commerce Donville Inniss yesterday gave the assurance against a background of the pending acquisition of the state-owned Barbados National Terminal Company Limited (BNTCL) by Sol, whose competitor Rubis Caribbean has expressed monopoly concerns about the deal.
