POLICE ARE SEEKING the assistance of the public in locating missing man Decoursey Emanuel Douglas, 76 years, of Culloden Road, St Michael.
He was last seen by his niece Kay Greenidge-Leacock around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Culloden Road, boarding the City Circle bus.
At the time he was wearing a pair of long, black dress pants; a short sleeved blue, grey, and plaid shirt; multi-coloured sneakers and a gold-coloured watch.
Douglas is 5 ft 7 in height, slim built, has grey short hair, cleanly shaven, a long face, pointed nose, brown eyes, square shoulders, large ears, thin lips, erect appearance, and has a pleasant and quiet manner.
He speaks with an English accent and has a full set of dentures.
