A BARBADIAN and three Vincentian teenagers tragically lost their lives yesterday at Graeme Hall, Christ Church, just off the ABC Highway, in an early morning crash.

Killed in a two-vehicle collision were 23-year-old River Land, St Philip resident Andre Gittens, and his Vincentian female passengers 17-year-old Danee Horne, 18-year-old Carianne Padmore and 19-year-old Aziza Dennie.

Two other Vincentians, 18-year-old Darren Daniel, 18, and Kemelius Boyea, 21, who were also in the ill-fated car, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Their condition was unknown up to press time.

The five were part of a group of seven from the St Vincent and the Grenadines Community College on a six-week internship at The Crane Resort, St Philip. They attended a staff party at Sugar Ultra Lounge in St Lawrence Gap just hours before they were to return to their homeland. (AD)
