BOTH NOTRE DAME and Rendezvous drew level on points with the leaders in the Digicel Premier League, after their encounter played out to a 1-1 draw when matches continued at the National Stadium on Thursday.

Rendezvous were behind from as early as the second minute following a Zeco Edmee strike, but bossed much of the play, and were finally level in the 56th minute when Carl Joseph thumped home the only other goal of the match.

In the later game, Paradise were able to pick up their second and much needed win of the campaign, defeating Belfield by two goals to one after Armando “Suga” Lashley and Akeem Browne had put the men from Christ Church two goals up in the 53rd and 72nd minutes, respectively. Henderson Richards pulled a goal back for Belfield in the 79th.
