THE MAN WHO fell into a gutter along Black Rock Main Road, St Michael, earlier tonight has been identified as Noel Doughlin, 59, of Belfield, Black Rock, in the same parish.
Doughlin fell into the gutter which is located just outside the constituency office of Minister of Finance and MP for the area Chris Sinckler.
He received injuries to his head and hands and complained of pains to the neck.
Members of the Barbados Fire Service, Ambulance Service and Royal Barbados Police Force responded to the incident.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance after being rescued by passers-by. (RL)
