Man charged with criminal damage in relation to ATM incident

A ST MICHAEL man has been arrested and charged with criminal damage after he allegedly damaged the Republic Bank Barbados automatic teller machine located on the compound of Carlton & A1, Black Rock, St Michael.

He is 38-year-old Anderson Wycleff Reid of Woodstock Road, Spooners Hill.

The incident occurred after 6 a.m. this morning.

Police responding to the incident found that two maintenance workers had detained Reid.

The accused man is expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court tomorrow. (PR/NB)
