Disc jockeys ‘at fault’ too

THE OWNER OF a public service vehicle (PSV) is calling for disc jockeys to be held partly responsible for the vulgar music played on CDs in those vehicles.

Roger Hercules believes that while route-taxi operators should shoulder some of the blame for the music played in their vehicles, he said they were not 100 per cent culpable.
