MANAGER OF DIAMONDS INTERNATIONAL, Jacob Hassid, said it was just an occasion to relax and enjoy hospitality and, from all appearances, his guests at Limegrove Lifestyle Centre certainly did.
Hassid hosted his annual cocktail reception to show off the new Cartier LOVE jewellery collection and between the cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, elegantly dressed women periodically slipped away from The Palm Courtyard, where the event was hosted against a background of entertaining music, to view or purchase items from the collection on display in-store.
Businesswomen and businessmen such as Evans Husbands of the popular Broad Street Men’s Shop, Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry president Eddy Abed and his wife Kim, attorney Warren Mottley and his wife Shawn, veteran broadcaster Vic Fernandes and his wife Farida were all there.
Also attending were with some well known fashionistas, among them businesswoman Marcia Martindale and public relations specialist Sara Odle.
