STUDENTS and teachers took every vantage point for a karting demonstration by Zane Maloney at Wesley Hall Primary School last Friday.
The brainchild of Infants A teacher Avery Bowen, the demonstration was aimed at exposing the students to non-traditional areas of sports with which they may not be familiar.
“Each class chose two sports and I chose motor sport and Zane after seeing his exploits on social media, as he was preparing to leave for Italy assigned to a top-rated organisation there,” she said.
Against the motto Let’s Go For The Gold, she said Wesley Hall Primary was also looking at new ways to keep the children motivated and she was pleased with the way things had been going since the projected started. (TT)
