SOME PETROL STATIONS are reporting that gasoline and diesel thieves are filling up their vehicles and driving off without paying.
But that’s not all.
Police say the licence plates on the vehicles involved are often fake and that may partly explain why no arrests have been made so far.
Several station owners told the SUNDAY SUN that they are seeing a significant increase in petrol theft and they will have no choice but to make customers pay before filling up. (MB)
