BIBA charity helping QEH

THE BARBADOS International Business Association (BIBA) charity continues to make a major contribution to the health care system.

Speaking to the DAILY NATION at last Friday’s BIBA charity event, An Evening With The Masters, A Tribute To Fielding Babb, charity trustee Lisl Lewis disclosed they had donated over $500 000 in medical equipment to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and polyclinics over seven years.

The art fundraiser was held in Simpson Motors’ Mercedes-Benz showroom in Warrens.

Lewis said that it started three years ago when they were allowed to host it at a house in Turtleback Ridge, St James. (AD)
