Tattoo comes off with a bang

THE ROYAL Barbados Police Force does not fail to impress when they stage their tattoos across the island.

Thursday night was no different.

It was a show of force of a different kind when the police gave scores of visitors and locals an insight into their operations at the floodlit tattoo as part of the FLOW Oistins Fish Festival on Dover playing field in Christ Church.

Onlookers gasped with delight at the mounted troops in impressive drill on their horses, and the drill squad who masterfully performed their routine with their firearms.

The Barbados Cadet Corps Band also put on an intricate display of marching while performing  to a medley of popular tunes, including Edwin Yearwood’s Party Of The Year. (AD)
