BARBADOS DEFENCE FORCE Sports Programme (BDFSP) got back to winning ways when the Digicel Premier League continued at the Wildey Astroturf on Saturday night.

BDFSP made light work of last-placed Waterford Compton with a 3-0 thumping to resume their title charge, following the draw against UWI in midweek.

Akeem Hill’s third strike in his last two games, plus goals from Rashad Smith and Damion Thorington were enough to see off a blunt Compton and push the title hopefuls closer to leaders Wales.

In the other game of the night, Rendezvous continued their rich vein of form with a 6-3 win over Belfield. (ML)
