NOTRE DAME did Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme (BDFSP) and Rendezvous a huge favour by handing Wales their first loss of the Barbados Football Association’s Digicel Premier League campaign at the Wildey Astroturf on Sunday night.

Goals from Notre Dame’s Zeco Edmee, Daniel Rowe and Giancarlo Cobham were enough to cancel out a Hadan Holligan brace for the leaders, as a devastating 11-minute first-half spell from the Dames turned the game on its head for a 3-2 win.

At the other end of the table, Brittons Hill collected their second win of the season and a massive three points with a 1-0 victory over Ellerton in the 4 p.m. kickoff. (ML)
