YOUTH IS A GIFT to be enjoyed and youngsters have been encouraged to make the best of it.
Those words of encouragement came yesterday from head of the Collymore Rock Church of the Nazarene, Reverend David Holder, during his sermon at the funeral service for Corey Best, who died while in custody at Oistins Police Station on April 13, at the age of 34.
Holder said he had buried many people younger than his 61 years in the last two to five years and, while not referring specifically to Best, he told the gathering that a lot of youths had been perishing. (YB)
