THE SECOND ANNUAL Miss Plus Size Diva Barbados Pageant comes off in July, but the organiser already has her sights on bigger things.
Speaking after the recent launch of the July 2 show at the Main Guard, the Garrison, pageant director Judy Boyce said she was already in discussion with franchise holder of Miss Plus Size Universe, Pearl Williams, to host the 2019 edition of that pageant in Barbados.
“I’m looking for the perfect location that can seat the amount of people . . . . We’re in communication with different countries; they’re ten different countries right now,” she said, adding that an 11th responded on the same day of the launch. (YB)
