Update: Students hurt in motorcycle accident

POLICE ARE CONDUCTING investigations into an accident in which two boys were injured in a collision with a motorcycle on Friday evening.

Five-year-old Anari Hinkson and Devontee Hinkson, nine, both of Melvin Avenue, Black Rock, St Michael, were pedestrians along Black Rock Main Road at the time.

Reports indicate 39-year-old Marlon Weekes of Pinelands collided with the two boys as they attempted to cross the road.

Anari complained of pain to his head and both thighs, while Devontee complained of pain to his left knee. They were both transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance for medical attention.

Weekes did not indicate any injuries. (PR/SAT)
