CLEVELAND ERNESTA CLARKE, 53, of Dover Crescent, Cave Hill, St Michael admitted to June 16 charges of possession, supply, trafficking and cultivation.

Clarke said he usually boiled the herb, one of the most commonly abused illegal substances, and drank it, to help with a skin condition as he attempted to unbutton his shirt as proof.

He was remanded until next Friday for sentencing by Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the Criminal Court No.1. (TKS)
