THE TURNOUT for The Elliott And Loretta Belgrave Scholarship Trust gala banquet and ball at Government House Saturday night was a Who’s Who in Barbados.
Over 300 people patronised the fundraising event through which the Governor General and his wife, together with a team of trustees – including the couple’s daughter Susan Belgrave-Matheson – are aiming to raise money to support the tertiary education of deserving Barbadians who cannot afford to pay.
