FIFTEEN-YEAR-OLD Dishon Howell has gotten an opportunity every youngster dreams of, but he needs help to accomplish that goal.

Dishon, a striker with Pro Shottas Soccer School, is among six players chosen to visit Tormenta FC, an American professional development league club in Georgia, from August 5 for ten days.

A quiet Dishon said he was excited about the opportunity to go to Georgia to use and expand his football skills.

“This trip will give me more exposure at the international level and I believe it will help me to hopefully get a scholarship and help me on my way to becoming a professional football player,” he said during an interview with NATIONSPORT at his Bay Street, St Michael home. (RA)
