THE MINISTRY of Transport and Works advises the public that a crew has begun painting road markings along the ABC Highway.

The work commenced on Monday and will include the repainting of pedestrian crossings, road markings and roundabouts.

It is expected to last approximately six weeks and will span from the Grantley Adams International Airport to the Spring Garden Highway.

Sections of the highway will be reduced to single lane traffic at some points and all road users are asked to be vigilant and to observe and obey the warning signs.

The Ministry apologises for the inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its patience as we strive to improve the conditions of our nation’s roads. (PR)
