THE BARBADOS NATIONAL football team’s second match in the Windward Islands Football Tournament in Grenada this evening has been postponed.

The Bajan Tridents were set to encounter St Lucia at 5:30 p.m., while Grenada were scheduled to go head to head with St Vincent and the Grenadines at 7:30 p.m.

Play was postponed by the match commissioner following heavy rains, which left the Fond Playing Field water logged.

The Grenada Football Association advised a new date and time would be announced for the postponed matches.

All other matches will continue as scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium. (RA)
