POLICE HAVE confirmed that a man fell into a well at Long Bay, St Philip around 1:30 this afternoon.
Reports are that well was about 43 feet deep and the victim was in it for about two hours.
Personnel from the Barbados Fire Service, Royal Barbados Police and ambulance service were on the scene.
The man whose name is not known was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance. (JS)
