Third man charged in February killing

POLICE HAVE CHARGED a third man in connection with the February 2 murder of Michael Omar Edwards which occurred at Bartlett Tenantry, Sargeant Village, Christ Church.

He is Jason Ainsley Wilson, 35 years, of Wildey Gardens, St Michael.

Edwards, 18, died from multiple gunshot wounds after a number of men entered his premises around 2:30 p.m. that day, shot him and fled the scene.

Wilson is expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court on Thursday.

Kamar Glenville Stoute, 28, of Block 3E, Bottom Close, Wildey, and 26-year-old Livardo Rogelio Hinds of Durant’s, Lodge Road, Christ Church, were previously charged in the offence and remanded to HMP Dodds. (PR/SAT)
