Foreday Jam Safe

THE FOREDAY MORNING jam will be secure for revellers.

The Royal Barbados Police Force is giving this assurance in light of some bandleaders expressing concern about unauthorised merrymakers invading bands

Director of the Green Lizards’ band, Jahmal Springer, said some were even considering making this jam their last out of frustration.

“We always have problems with controlling the revellers especially the area by [Wharf Road]. We’ve complained about it numerous times, they said they would do something about it, so hopefully we would wait and see,” he said. (CA)
