Workers urged to seek unions

IF YOU NEED representation, don’t be afraid to get it.

That’s what Minister of Labour Esther Byer Suckoo is telling workers across the country.

Byer Suckoo spoke to the SUNDAY SUN yesterday following allegations of anti-union practices made against Cost-U-Less by Barbados Workers’ Union president Toni Moore.

While noting she was not able to speak to the matter as she had not received any official correspondence, the minister did offer advice to any worker experiencing workplace problems. (AD)
