Police probing baby’s death

Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of one-month-old baby boy Kaiden.

It occurred sometime on yesterday.

Parents Petra Rouse, 21, and Silverson Greenidge, 30, left the baby at a daycare and pre-school around 9:15 a.m.

They received a call around 3:40 p.m. informing them that the baby appeared to be ill.

On arrival, the parents rushed the unresponsive baby to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. (PR/NB)
