A non-issue!

That’s how the Barbados Workers’ Union (BWU) and the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW) feel about the installation of cameras at ports of entry.

In fact, both BWU general secretary Toni Moore and president of the NUPW Akanni McDowall revealed that cameras have already been installed at those ports.

During the Barbados Hotel Tourism Association’s third quarterly meeting two days ago, Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite revealed that Cabinet had instructed the minister responsible “to do all within his power to immediately see that we have cameras at all of our ports of entry”. (RB)
