BDF sending second shipment to Dominica

THE BARBADOS DEFENCE FORCE wishes to express sincerest appreciation for the donations to the relief effort to the Commonwealth of Dominica. The response by organisations and individuals thus far has been outstanding.

The items donated today have left for the Commonwealth of Dominica this evening at 6 p.m. on HMBS Leonard C. Banfield.

Another vessel will sail tomorrow Wednesday, September 20. 

Those who wish to make donations, may take supplies to the Barbados Coast Guard at HMBS Pelican on Spring Garden, St Michael or to the Barbados Defence Force Headquarters at St Ann’s Fort, Garrison, St Michael by 11 a.m. tomorrow. (PR)
