Ballers on a high

Goodridge Diamond Ballers showed their worth with a 53-40 victory against Brittons Hill Combined in Barbados Workers’ Union Netball Competition on Monday night.

Led by goal shooter Keryn Clarke who netted 31 of 46, and goal attack Samantha Small’s 22 from 27 attempts, they managed to maintain their lead throughout the match with quarter scores of 11-8, 27-14, 40-27, 53-40.

For Brittons Hill, Jada Smith shot 32 of 42 and Nadia Blackman six of 10.

Brittons Hill also suffered a loss on Sunday night when they were beaten 20-16 by NIS Ballers. (RG)
