Rosalind Corbin started Corbin’s Catering Services as a small family-run catering business with three employees in 1986.
Thirty-one years later she has stepped aside, putting her sons Ryan and Adam at the helm and last week, the family hosted guests to an evening to show off what they do best at the relaunch of the Mahogany Ridge event facility.
In a refurbished and expanded entertainment area enhanced with the design mastery of the Renaissance Designs team, managing director Ryan Corbin told guests at the “Flair and Flavour” event: “I want to assure you that we are keeping all the things that you love: the high quality product for which we are known, the experience which we have acquired over the past 30 years and the reliability on which we have built our reputation.”
Guests feasted on the exquisite fare prepared by new executive chef Adrian Williams and his team and served by Corbin’s wait and bar staff, while resident DJ “I Screw” and the “Two Weeks’ Notice” band backed up with a musical treat. (GC)
