A CLEAN sweep.
That’s what Barbados will have to do to lift the Country Championship title at round four of the Seaboard Marine Caribbean Motor Racing Championships at the South Dakota Circuit in Guyana on Saturday and Sunday.
The burden will rest on the shoulders of a four-man Barbados team that includes drivers such as Roger Mayers, Mark Maloney, Mark Thompson and Tremaine Forde-Catwell.
Mayers, a former Caribbean champion and lap record holder in Guyana and Barbados, will be at the wheel of the Chefette/Digicel/Rubis/DHL/Hankook/Illusion Graphics “De Focus”.
Maloney, the outright lap record holder of Bushy Park and the leader of the 2-wheel drive standings, will be driving the Rock Hard Cement/Sign Station Mazda RX-3. (TT)
