Eight injured in accident

Police are conducting investigation into an accident with injuries, which occurred around 9:50 p.m. last night, along My Lords Hill, St Michael. It involved a van which collided with a guard wall, resulting in eight people being injured

The van was driven by 43-year-old Russell Holder, of 3rd Ave, Dash Gap, St Michael, who was accompanied by two females, aged 22 and 33 years, and five males aged 21, 22, 23, 26, and 28. 

Around 9:50 p.m., while travelling along My Lords Hill, Holder lost control of the vehicle in the area of the Israel Lovell Foundation, and collided with a guard wall on the opposite side of the road. 

Holder complained for pain to his chest, left leg, and left hand, while all of his passengers complained of pain to multiple parts of their bodies. They were all transported to the QEH by ambulance for medical attention. (PR)
