Even though he has held the highest office in the land, former governor general Sir Elliott Belgrave yesterday said the renaming of Boscobel Primary School after him was “a foretaste of Heaven”.
Accompanied by Lady Belgrave, he and Minister of Education Ronald Jones unveiled the plaque as the St Peter school was officially renamed the Elliott Belgrave Primary School. (LK)
