The prison officer charged with unlawfully conveying prohibited articles into Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds was granted $500 bail with one surety when he appeared in court this morning.
Forty-seven-year-old Melvin MacDonald Goodman of Bathsheba, St Joseph and Todds Land, St George appeared pleaded not guilty before Chief Magistrate Christopher Birch in the District “C” Magistrates’ Court.
He is accused of taking food items to an inmate.
Goodman will reappear in court on February 26, 2018. (PR/NB)
