The owners of new restaurant Hugo’s have already pumped over $5 million into that business, and further north, international chain Nikki Beach recently opened their high-end restaurant and bar. Efforts to determine the level of that investment proved futile.

Businessman Mark Daghorn told the Sunday Sun he had already identified two old buildings along Queen Street to be reconstructed with the intention of providing around 40 rooms by the early part of next year’s winter tourist season. (BA)
