Fire destroyed a three-bedroom house in Six Men’s, St Peter this morning, leaving a father and son homeless and damaging two neighbouring houses.
Reports are that the blaze started just before 7 a.m.
It destroyed a three-bedroom concrete and board house owned and occupied by 72-year-old Jeremiah Williams and his 46-year-old son.
Two fire tenders, one from the Arch Hall fire station and another from Bridgetown responded with eight officers under the command of Station Officer Cadogan.
Fire officers are still investigating.
Police say any information received about the blaze will be strictly confidential.
