Three boys appeared in court today charged in connection with Tuesday’s stabbing incident at Grantley Adams Memorial Secondary School.
One was a 16-year-old resident of Bush Hall, St Michael who was charged with the offence of causing a disturbance. Two 14-year-olds of Station Hill, St Michael, and Tourville, St Joseph were individually charged with the offence of serious bodily harm.
The 16-year-old pleaded guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $500 with one surety. He will reappear in court on April 12 for sentencing, pending a presentencing report.
One of the other boys pleaded guilty and was remanded to the Government Industrial School (GIS) until the April 12 when he will be sentenced.
The third boy pleaded not guilty and was remanded to GIS to reappear in court on February 15. (PR/NB)
