Couple released on bail

Antonio Marcus Fitzpatrick, a 49-year-old watchman and his 47-year-old wife Stacy, both of Brereton, No 1, St Philip, were released on bail for wrongfully confining their daughter when they appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ this morning.

The two were not required to plead to the charge that they wrongfully confined Antonia Fitzpatrick, between June 1, 2017, and February 7, this year.

They were both released on bail at the sum of $5 000 each, with one surety and will appear in the District “C” St Matthias Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. (HLE)
