UPDATE: Stabbed students in stable condition

Two students are in stable condition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, following a stabbing incident earlier today at the St. Leonard’s Boys’ School.

During the altercation between students just outside the school’s premises, one boy was stabbed in the face while the other received wounds to his body.

Members of the Royal Barbados Police Force left the compound of the Richmond Gap, St. Michael’s school around 2 p.m. accompanied by a number of students.

Police are continuing their investigations.
