Isaiah Abraham Cody Wiggins, 17, of Scarborough, Christ Church who was arrested and charged for the offence of serious bodily harm, in connection with the shooting death of 23-year-old Kesmar Shaquille Codrington, of Brownes Ave, Bayville, St Michael, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today.
The incident occurred on Friday, February 16, at Bay Street, St Michael,
He was remanded in custody, and will reappear in Court tomorrow. (PR)
