Run Tsunami Run 5k walk and run

Those interested in learning what it would be like to run from a tsunami are being challenged to enter the Run Tsunami Run 5K Walk and Run on Sunday, March 25.

The challenge will kick off at the Trents Playing Field, Holetown, St James, from 4 p.m., and will take participants up Greenwich, turning just before the Lancaster roundabout and back down to the Trents Playing Field, where the 2018 Tsunami and Earthquake Smart Month activities will conclude with a closing ceremony.

Interested people are being encouraged to contact Antoinette Clarke at the Department of Emergency Management at 438-7575, to register. (BGIS)
