Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding what was initially reported as an accident with serious injuries which occurred about 3 p.m. today, along the ABC Highway.
Two motor vehicles were extensively damaged in the collision, and resulted in serious injuries to 42-year-old Troy Trotman of Chapman Lane, St Michael, who was the driver of one car; 44-year-old Graham Mapp of #91 Welches Terrace, St Thomas who was the driver of the other car; and 27-year-old Alicia Jordan of Whitehall, St Michael who was Mapp’s passenger.
Paula Corbin, 44, of Park road, Bush Hall, St Michael was pronounced dead while receiving treatment for her injuries at the Accident & Emergency Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She was a passenger in the car being driven by Trotman. (PR)
